Information collected
The sign-up form collects your work email, the form source, submission time and browser user agent. Submissions are stored in Azure Table Storage for PlanGuardShip launch and access updates. We also store a hashed access token, its expiry, and email submission status and message identifiers. Azure Communication Services sends your personal access link. The link expires after 30 days; this does not mean the signup record is deleted after 30 days.
Service status
The video and Guide are still being developed. Signing up sends a link to a personal access page; materials are marked coming soon until uploaded. No video or Guide is delivered before it exists.
